A 100% free feature is that with SQM Time you don't really need a separate website anymore. Thanks to the multilingual custom information tabs, you can add all the necessary information about your event to the registration page. You can add and/or modify it yourself without any knowledge of programming or coding. If you prefer to keep your own website, this is also possible. In that case you activate or deactivate the custom tabs and add a button that links to your official web page.

When people choose your event, the question ends up in your account. An email notifies you that you have a new ticket. You can process this ticket yourself, or assign it to other people within your organization or even if there are technical questions send to us (SQM Time). To avoid endless discussions, you can choose to 'close' a ticket after an appropriate and clear answer, so that it can no longer be answered.

Every month you can download your invoice with all the movements and transactions of the previous month from your account. This amount is automatically transferred to your account.
It is very easy to register several people at once for the same or even different events. In addition to the names, all you need is their email address. After payment, each person you registered for and for whom you paid, only has to click on the validation link in his newly received mail.
UNIQUE AFFILIATE PROGRAM - MORE PARTICIPANTS
Through a unique and easy affiliate program, participants can challenge their friends to sign up as well. For each successful referral, they earn 5% of the entry fee in credits. This feature is optional and can be (de)activated per event.
CONTACT ALL YOUR PARTICIPANTS YOURSELF - MAILING PROGRAM
Through an internal mailing program you can easily send an email to all your participants (or part of it) at any time. This is done via the SQM Time smpt server, but with your own e-mail address. SMS TO EACH PARTICIPANT
Emails often end up in the spam folder and not everyone reads their emails frequently. SMS on the other hand is read by 99,5 of the people and is therefore the best way to communicate his/her start number. Through our software you can easily send this to all your participants a few days before the event. It is also useful to report last minute changes to the event quickly to ALL participants due to unexpected weather conditions. Available from March 2020.
YOUR OWN CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you, as an organizer, have a "no cancelation" policy these days, that causes a lot of criticism and you don't seem to be very sympathetic. The biggest reason why an organization chooses such a policy is that it faces up to the enormous administrative complications that cancellation brings with it. With SQM Time this will disappear completely. You can set up your own cancellation conditions. Note that people never get any money back, but receive credits on their account, which they can later spend on another registration.

- 3. between 10 and 49 days before the event 25% creditation
- 4. less than 10 days before event NO refund
THE ACTI+ CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In addition to the organiser's own cancellation conditions, the organiser may also choose to offer the option ACTI+ to its participants. The participant can purchase the ACTI+ insurance at an additional cost of between 4 and 7% of the registration fee. The participant can then cancel up to 48 hours before the event. He or she will be credited 100% if the entries are still open via SQM Time, and 75% if the entries are already closed. As an organizer you always get 100% of the entry fee. You run no risk at all, you are always paid, you avoid any discussions with participants. People who are really injured can still cancel very late and thus recover some money.
FIXED AND TRANSPARENT ADMIN FEES PARTICIPANT
A fixed processing fee of 1 euro will be charged for registrations below 15 euro. For registration fees above 15 euro, each participant will be charged 1 euro + 2.5% of the registration fee. This is stated clearly and very transparently on the registration, invoice, shopping cart, payment and overview mentioned as processing fee. These amounts are exc VAT.
THE COST FOR THE ORGANIZER
The use of the registration module and the support ticketing system costs the organiser nothing, it is FULLY FREE! The built-in mailing function is also completely free of charge for normal use. Normal use = number of participants x 5 / Year. If you as an organizer would like to send more mails you can do so at 0,01 euro per mail.
